1. Warehouse and fulfilment centres
Mercado Libre operates large fulfilment centres (often called centros de distribucion) in and around Buenos Aires and other provinces. Typical roles include order picker, packer, inventory operator, receiving and dispatch assistant, and shift supervisor. The work is hands-on and physical: locating products, preparing packages, scanning items and keeping stock accurate. These positions frequently rotate across morning, afternoon and night shifts, and many are entry level, which makes them a common first step for people without prior experience.
2. Last-mile delivery and logistics
Under the Mercado Envios umbrella, the company coordinates a vast delivery network. Some roles are direct employees, such as logistics coordinators, route planners and cross-dock operators; others involve independent drivers and delivery partners who move parcels through the Mercado Envios Flex and agency models.
